German navy re-established according to the Dutch newspaper De Waarheid dated 10 April 1953

An item referred to the German newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt which announced a day earlier that the German department of defence completed a program for the re-establishing the German navy. She was to be stationed at Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Kiel, Eckenförde and Flensburg and to be fitted out with most modern armament.
