British supplementary naval program according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 21 January 1925

An item dated London 21 January referred to the British newspaper Daily Express reporting that the British Admiralty made a supplementary shipbuilding program which needed approval of the cabinet. It included the building of four cruisers, three submarines and several auxiliary ships
