Brazilian cabinet interested in tenders for building warships according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 29 October 1933

An item reported that according to tidings received from the British arms industry Vickers Armstrong Ltd. the Brazilian cabinet shipyards in several countries asked for tenders for building new warships. In fact it was ordering a complete new navy.
