Van Straelen-class with a displacement of 151 tons and as dimensions 33,10 (maximum) x 6,65 (maximum) x 1,86 (medium) metres. The two Werkspoor engines supplied 550 ahp driving two screws allowing a maximum speed of 12,5 miles. The armament consisted of 1-2cm machine gun. The crew numbered 12 men. Laid down at the shipyard Arnhemsche scheepsbouwmaatschappij, Arnhem, Netherlands on 19 September 1960, launched n 26 August 1961 and commissioned on 21 March 1962.
