Greek tug Cronus built at Winschoterdiep, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 5 February 1960

An item reported the successful trial at the Eems of the new tug Cronus built at the Dutch shipyard Noord-Nederlandse Scheepswerven N.V., Winschoterdiep, Groningen, Netherlands with yard number 306 for foreign account. She was to be used for towage activities in the harbour of Piraeus, Greece. Dimensions 32,50 x 8,20 x 4,20 (hold) fitted out with a 1.200 hp engine allowing a speed of 11,5 knots. Fitted out with a small fire-extinguishing installation. Bollard pull circa 17 tons.
