Arrival of Dutch Greenland whalers in the Vlie on 19 October according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 1 November 1760

An item dated Amsterdam 27 October reported the arrival on the 19th the Vlie of commandeur Hans Jacobs with 2 whales and 50 quartelen and commandeur Jacob de Leeuw with one whale and 18 quardelen, both coming from Greenland.
