British law draft for merchant ships reserve according to the Dutch newspaper De Gooi- en Eemlander dated 14 July 1939

An item reported that Stanley presented the House of Commons a law draft dealing with the financial support for ships owners registered in the United Kingdom and the creation of a reserve of merchant ships.
