Former German battle ships Baden and Helgoland to be used as targets for Royal British Navy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1920 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine Moniteur de la Flotte dated 3 July 1920 reported that the Royal British Navy intended to use the former German battleships Baden (1) and Helgoland (2) as targets for her Atlantic Fleet.

1. Laid down at the Schichau-Werke on 20 December 1913, launched on 30 October 2 years later, commissioned on 14 March 1917, beached in the Gutter Sound at Scape Flow on 21 June 1919, refloated next July was she finally sunk while used as a target on 16 August 1921.
