Former ex-Al Emerat and former Dutch S(tandard)-classs frigate Piet Hein of the Kortenaer-class. The Piet Hein (F811) was with yard number 354 laid down at the shipyard De Kon. Mij. De Schelde at Vlissingen, Netherlands on 28 April 1977. Launched on 3 June 1978 and commissioned on 14 April 1981 in the Royal Netherlands Navy was she decommissioned in 1998. She was sold to the United Arab Emirates and commissioned as the Al Emerat (F02). After her decommissioning was she rebuilt at the shipyard of Abu Dhabi Mar into the luxury yacht Swift 141.
