German steam tanker Pennoil with rudder damage arrived at Halifax according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 18 June 1904

An item dated Halifax the 15th reported that the German steam tanker Pennoil arrived with a damaged rudder, bridge and so on and she needed to be docked for further inspection. She was underway from Rotterdam via Shields towards Philadelphia.
