Building of Russian dreadnoughts according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 1 September 1910

The newspaper Daily Telegraph reported from St. Petersburg that at Nicolaieff and at Sebastopol four dreadnoughts for the Black Sea were to be built with a measurement of 23,000 tons and a speed of 23 knots.
