American whaler Sarah lying in October at St. Jago, Cape de Verde according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 5 December 1865

An item referred to a letter written by captain Baker on board of the bark Sarah of New Bedford reporting her on 27 October lying at St. Jago, Cape de Verde and now destined towards River Platte. Her arrival at Barbadoes was expected in May 1866.
