German paddle steam tug Mannheim no. 2 departed Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Mannheim, Germany according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche courant dated 25 November 1846

An item dated Rotterdam, Netherlands the 23rd reported that the tug Mannheim No. 2 departed towards Mannheim, Germany towing the Nie Gedacht master M. Rippert and Ocean master C. Neff.(2)

Paddle steam tug built in 1843 at the shipyard of Penn&Son, Greenwich, United Kingdom with as dimensions 57,55 x 13,15 (over sidewheels) x 1,45 metres. Horsepower 600 ihp. In 1881 modernized and finally broken up after decommissioning in 1900.
