Iron-built at the shipyard Kon.Mij. De Schelde with yard number 14. Ordered on 15 February 1879, designs approved on 6 April, laid down on 1 March, in the thrushes on 4 April, plated on 25 April, launched on 4 June, trial while berthed on 31 July, official trial on 7 August, delivered on 11 August and sold on 1920. Approved by royal decision on 8 October 1878 no.41 to make a deal with L. Smit&Cie. at Kinderdijk, Netherlands for delivering a steamboat stationed at Hoek van Holland although to be active on the waters of the province Zealand included the Schelde. Delivery contract approved on 9 November. She was built for account of the Department of Finances.

intended launching on Wednesday 4 June at 15.00 o’clock.

shipyard. One cast iron made 3-bladed screw.
