Dutch corvettes Zr.Ms. Van Speyk and Urania launched at the navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands Middelburgsche Courant dated 21 April 1832

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands the 17th reported that in the morning of the day before the corvette Zr.Ms. Van Speyk (1) and the training vessel Urania (2) for the royal institute at Medemblik, Netherlands were launched. Immediately after the launching were the masts placed in the Van Speyk.

Schuit junior, launched on 16 April 1832, training ship for midshipmen, 1851 accommodation ship, renamed 1868 Astrea, stricken 1888, dimensions 28,50 x 7,90 x 2,80 metres, displacement 278 tons and an armament of 10-12 guns.
