Dutch East Indiaman Dishoek bound for the Dutch East Indies in 1743

She left on 31 December 1743 Rammekens, province Zealand, Netherlands with as captain Jan Hugo Captijn, visited Santiago, Cape Verde Islands 2-4 February 1744, visited Cape of Good Hope, South Africa between 14 April-1 May and arrived at Batavia on 22 August. Her crew numbered 89 (arrival)-117 (departure) sailors and further more 34 (arrival)-64 (departure) soldiers. Of the E.I.C.-chamber Zealand, on stocks by Hendrik Raas at E.I.C-yard at Middelburg, Netherlands on 1 April 1735, launched on 29 February 1736, dimensions 130 x ? x ?
