Russian armoured frigate built at Sestri Ponente, Italy according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 21 July 1898

An item reported that the Russian government ordered the building of a 130 meter long armoured frigate at Sestri Ponente, Italy with the intention to built there more ships.
