Russian brig Alexander Brandt underway from Russia towards Belgium according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 12 January 1854

An item reported the arrival at Vlissingen, Netherlands for wintering on 21 December 1853 of the Russian brig Alexander Brandt master A. Ohlman loaded with barley coming from Archangelsk, Russia bound for Antwerp, Belgium. Tonnage 247 tons and draught 3,8 metres.
