Royal British navy fitted out with new targets pontoon according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 8

An item reported that Harthorn&Co., Leith, Scotland built a new pontoon target for gun exercises for account of the Royal British Navy. Dimensions of the hull 49 x .. x 4 (hold) metres and a free board of 0,45 metres. The targets could be hoisted on board of the hull.
