British Royal Navy increasing number of newly built cruisers according to the Dutch magazine dated Marineblad 1929 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated March 1929 reported that at that moment England possessed 11 so-called 10.000 Washington cruiser ready to serve, with another two to be completed in 1930. Of the so-called 8.000 B cruisers was yet none completed. The first one, the York, was to be commissioned in 1930.
