French submarines to be fitted out with telephone buoys according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1910-1911 no. 7

An item reported that the French navy ordered that the submarines now being built were to be fitted out with three telephone buoys, one in the middle and in the fore and aft parts. These buoys were to be unfastened from inside and outside of the submarine.
