The Romanian Danube-flotilla according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1877 no. 8

An item reported that the Romanian Danube flotilla consisted of the paddle steamship Stefano Cel Mare with a horsepower of 70hp, an armament of 2-6pd guns, 4-4pd guns and a crew of 70 men; the paddle steamship Romania with a horsepower of 40 hp, an armament of 2-6pd guns and a crew numbering 40 men; the twins screw steamship Fuldscherul built at La Seyne, France, an armament of 2-pd guns and a crew numbering 20 men and the torpedo boat Rundrika with a Gatling machinegun. In the begin were also 6 large transports with as dimensions 250 x 35-40 feet available.
