French firm Forges et Chantiers de la Méditerranée delivered torpedo launchers world wide according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1889 no. 10

An item referred to the Génie Civil reporting that the firm Forges et Chantiers de la Méditerranée until delivered of the torpedo launchers with the use of powder system Canet 45 to France, 19 Japan, 2 Turkey, 2 England, 10 Rumania (cruiser Elisabeth, torpedo boats Naluca, Smeul, Shorul), 6 Russia (admiral Kornilow) and 3 Chile (Almirante Cochrane).(1)
