Russian Pacific fleet strengthened according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1938 no. 5

An item referred to the Japan Chronicle dated 19 May 1938 reporting that the Russian Pacific fleet was strengthened by ships of the Baltic fleet and now consisted of 70 submarines, 12 destroyers, several armoured cruisers, 60 motor torpedo boats, some submarine tenders and more as auxiliary ships.
