Change of commands within US Navy according to the Dutch newspaper De Indische courant dated 8 September 1926

An item dated San Pedro, USA 5th reported that in the presence of the American secretary for the navy Wilbur (1) admiral Robison (2) handed the supreme command over the US Navy to admiral Charles Hughes (3). At the same time accepted admiral Jackson (4) the command over the battle fleet and admiral Destiguer (5) the command over the battleship divisions.
