American destroyer USS Burrow executed trials according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1912-1913 no. 4

An item referred to the German magazine Schiffbau reporting that the American destroyer USS Burrow on the 4 hours trial a speed of 28 miles without showing any smoke except for just 15 seconds.(1)
