An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reporting that the Chinese 4.300 tons protected cruiser Hai-Tien executed some of her trials. On the 6 hours trial with natural draft was a medium sped of 22,6 miles. On the 4 hours with forced draft and 1.7000 hp was 24,1 miles achieved.
