Swedish navy experimenting with wireless telegraphy according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 7 August 1901

An item reported that also the Swedish navy was experimenting with wireless telegraphy. For the squadron manoeuvres the same month were a coastal defence ship and a torpedo cruiser to be fitted out with devices for that purpose.
