British steam tanker British Isles sold to be broken up in the Netherlands according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 27 May 1938

An item reported that the British steam tanker British Isles of 7.108 tons gross tonnage and built in 1917 was sold by the Britih Tanker Company, London, England to the N.V. Frank Rijsdijk’s Industrieele Ondernemingen, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Netherlands.
