Displacement 2.252 tons and as dimensions 99,67 (over all) x 12,50 x 3,81 metres or 327 x 41 x 12.5 feet. The machinery consisted of 2 oil fired Babcock&Wilcox boilers and Weshinghouse geared turbines which supplying via two shafts 6.200 ihp allowing a speed of 20,5 knots and with a speed of 11 knots a range of 12.300 nautical miles. Crew varied in time between 123-221 men. Her original armament consisted of 3-12,7cm/5” 51cal guns, 2-6pd guns and 1-1pd guns, but is since then several changed. In 1966 the armament consisted of 1-12,7cm/5” 38cal turret, 1-Mk52 MOD3 Director, 1-Mk10-1 Hedgehog, 2 (P&S) x Mk32 MOD5TT, 4 Mk44 MOD1 torpedoes, 2-12,7mm/.050” Mk2 Browning machineguns, 2 Mk13 high attitude parachute flare mortars. She was able to carry a Grumman JF-2 Duck amphibious bi-plane with her.
