Soviet floating dry dock towed towards Odessa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 12 February 1952

An item reported the passing of Istanbul, Turkey in end August 1949 of a Soviet floating dry dock towed by the tug Hercules bound of the Black Sea harbour of Odessa, Ukraine.
