An item reported the fitting at the Chinese Huang Pu Shipyard Nordeast at the north bank of the Peal river of a ship which could be a so-called AGS or a hydrographic survey vessel. There was a possibility that she was built in the large four-bay construction hall of the Kuang Chou Shipyard Honan Tao East and brought to Huang Pu for completing.
