Russian old steam tug Poltava sighted at Odessa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Odessa, Ukraine was sighted the Russian old steam tug Poltava of around 150-200 tons with the hull black, the superstructure white and the funnel yellow painted.
