Russian tug Fedor Litke sighted at Kherson, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Kherson, Ukraine the new Russian tug Fedor Litke was sighted, a sister ship of the 500-500 tons Khanriton Laptev.
