Czechoslovakian built steam vessels Sokolovo and Dukla were failure according to a CIA report dated 5 November 1954

An item dealing with the Czechoslovakian shipbuilding reported that the steam vessels Sokolovo and Dukla earlier praised by the Czechoslovak Elbe-Oder |Navigation company (CSFLO) were given back to the shipyard while described as defective.
