Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia delivered tug Oleg Kovhevoy according to a CIA report dated 7 July 1952

An item reported that the Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia was part of the Ministry of the River Fleet although it was not confirmed that the yard was exclusive building for this ministry and not for other ministries. The yard delivered according to a newspaper dated 3 October 1950 the 200hp tug Oleg Kovhevoy to the Company of River Navigation of the North.
