Seized Austrian merchant ships to be returned to Italian and Yugoslavian owners according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated 19 November 1919

An item dated Paris, France 19th reported that the Supreme Council decided that Austrian merchant ships before the war [First World War 1914-1918) property of Italians and Yugoslavians were to return to their owners and excluded from the ships to be delivered by Austria. Between Italy and Yugoslavia was now an agreement discussed.
