Italy selling warships to Bulgaria according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 19 September 1941

An item reported that Italy sold on paper warships to Bulgaria. In fact the ships were still Italian property with the intention to pass the Dardanelles as neutral ships to be able to attack the Russian south coast.
