American whale ship Citizen visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 23 November 1844

An item reported the arrival at Honolulu, Hawaii on 20 November of the American whale ship Citizen captain Lansing of Sag Harbor 18 months out 2,000 barrels whale oil. Departed the same day for cruising.
