American whaling ship Houqua visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 22 February 1845

An item reported the arrival at Honolulu, Hawaii on 14 February of the American whaling ship Hoqua captain Brown of New Bedford, USA 17 months out 2,250 barrels whale oil 150 barrels sperm oil 18,000 lbs bone.(1)
