Dutch towing company N.V. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Heinrich, Dordrecht, Netherlands established in 1912

In the Dutch government newspaper Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated Tuesday 16 January 1912 no. 12 was the founding of the Dutch towing company N.V. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Heinrich, Dordrecht, Netherlands by ships owner Peter Janssen/Jansen and tugs owner Heinrich Janssen/Jansen, both or Dordrecht. The company was founded for a period of 29 years with the intention of buying and exploitation of steam tugs although not to have more as one tug at the same time. The working capital was ƒ 10.000 in shares each of ƒ 500, which capital was completely available. Peter had 1 share and Heinrich had 19 shares for which he paid with the steel built screw steam tug Heinrich of around 31 tons with her complete inventory built at Papendrecht, Netherlands
