British King Edward-class battleships were to be armed with a submerged torpedo launcher according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1904-1905 no. 4

An item reported that the new British King Edward-class battleships were to be armed with a submerged torpedo launcher in the aft ship suitable to launch the newest types of torpedoes with a speed of 30 miles over 3.000 yards.(1)

Note

The King Edward VII-class, preceded by Duncan-class and succeeded by Swiftsure-class, main armament 4-30,5cm/12” guns and 4 -45cm/18” submerged torpedo tubes.
