Original postcard Chocolate La Estrella
Part of Canarias-class heavy cruisers preceded by Almirante Cervera-class. Laid down by Sociedad Española de Construcción Naval (SCNE), Ferrol, Spain on 15 August 1928, launched on 20 April 1932, commissioned on 28 December 1936 and sunk on 6 March 1938 in the Battle of Cape Palos against Spanish Republican destroyers.
