Part of Japanese Kagero-class destroyers preceded by Asashio-class succeeded by Yugumo and Shimakaze-classes. Launched by Sasebo Naval Arsenal on 24 March 1939, commissioned on 20 Jnauary 1940, stricken on 5 October 1945, handed over to the Republic of China on 6 July 1947, commissioned on 1 May 1948, decommissioned on 16 November 1966 and broken up in 1970.
