Japanese Kasumigaura Naval Air Station in 1937

This station included adjacent auxiliary fields located at Tomobe and Yatabe. It was established around 1920 but not fully operating until 1925. It was the primary training school for pilots and observers. There were 7.5 squadrons stationed with training and composite landbased and seaplanes.
