Made of yellow pine planking 6” thick strengthened by diagonal iron cross-strapping. Built by Percy&Small, Bath, Maine, USA in 1909. Gross tonnage 3,731tons, net tonnage 3,036 tons and as dimensions Crew numbered men. The lower masts were 126 feet long and the topmast poles each 56 feet. Sail area 12,000 yards of canvas. Sold in World War I for 400,000 US dollars. Lloyd’s call sign LBHG, gross tonnage 3,730 tons, dimensions 329.5 x 50.1 x 30.4 feet.
