Part of Minekaze-class prededed by Momi-class succeeded by Wakatake-class, built under the 8-4 Fleet Program. Totally 15 built. Ordered under 1918 Fiscal Year. Laid down by Maizuru Naval Arsenal on 15 May 1920, launched on 22 October 1920, commissioned on 29 July 1921, stricken on 5 October 1945 and afterwards scuttled as part of the breakwater at Onahama Port.
