Greece ordered a battleship by a French shipyard according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1914 No. 5

An item referred to the Esercito Italiano reporting that the Greek government ordered a French shipyard to built a 23.000 tons battleship armed with 10-35cm/13.8” guns, a speed of 21 knots and to be delivered within 22 months.(1) 

Note

1. The Vasilefs Konstantinos similar to the French Bretagne-class battleships. Laid down by A.C. de la Loire et Penhoët, St. Nazaire, France on 12 June 1914 but building suspended in August 1914.
