Egyptian fleet in problems according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 6 December 1824

Trieste, 22 November. Ships arriving at Corfu reported having sighted at open sea a division of the Egyptian expedition in the most possible worse condition two days travelling from Alexandria sailing towards Egypt.
