Dutch merchant bark ship Eendragt and Willem de Eerste built at Schiedam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated Tuesday 1 August 1837

With success was on 8 July at the yard Nijverheid at the river Maas, Schiedam the bark ship Eendragt of 500 lasten launched. She was build by the shipbuilders Gips and her master was to be J.IJ. Van der Zweep. Immediately after the launching was the keel laid down the frigate ship of similar size Willem de Eerste, of which the master would be H. Poppen. Both ships were built for the trading company at Schiedam.(1)
